Certificate of Basque HABE

In order to sit the HABE exams, it is necessary to be a student in any of the approved Basque Language Schools. There are 4 levels:

Level 1: is equivalent to level B1 of theCommon European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Level 2: is equivalent to level B2 of theCommon European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Level 3: is equivalent to level C1 of theCommon European Framework of Reference for Languages.
Level 4: is equivalent to level C2 of theCommon European Framework of Reference for Languages.
